Sofella Chocolate Cake

Last year I discovered a gluten free cake mix called Sofella and my previous post can be read here. Almost a year has past and I got a chance to try it again. The cake is still AWESOME! And now they have an all purpose mix too. Try it for yourself. Enough said. :-)

I love this cake and cup cake mix and the regular baking mix is great too. Makes really good pancakes, Anthony eats 6 to 8 pancakes in one sitting. Yummo

I won a load (12 boxes) so I am set for the holidays ahead!
