Fresh Gluten Free Pasta

Making fresh gluten free pasta from scratch is an ambitious endeavor but some people try to, usually with much grief and effort. Now there's an option that just requires 3-4 minutes of boiling. RP's Pasta Company is based out of Wisconsin and offers both a glutinous and gluten-free product line. They have four gluten free options, including the spinach fettuccine I picked up to try. It boiled up appropriately, and drained it when it was al dente, as the package implies. I mixed them with some Alfredo sauce and took a bit. The pasta tasted good, fresh, but I found the noodles a little thick. I'm not sure I would buy these again because I am personally happy with my other pasta options. I guess I'm just not a huge pasta and bread lover- I could live without them, but for someone who misses them this is a product worth trying for yourself.
