Avocado Dressing

I love avocados and follow Paradise Grove Avocados on twitter, and they often post recipes. I'm still not sure how I feel about hot avocado fries, but something sparked in my creative mind, and I decided to make up some avocado salad dressing.  I did not really follow one recipe, but kind of looks at a few different ones and then headed to my kitchen to see what I had on hand.  Basically I just took olive oil, a little apple cider vinegar, mayo, and avocado, a little lemon, and salt, pepper, garlic, and threw it all in my awesome blender. It turned out great; I loved it!
