Pizza Rock (Sacramento, CA) - Episode 185

It wasn't Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve, but that didn't stop us from rolling on over to Pizza Rock in downtown Sacramento, California for some delicious gluten-free pizza. We don't have one bad thing to say about this place, so check out all the great things we have to say, and see the inside of the restaurant while you're at it.

Asian Box (Palo Alto, CA) - Episode 180

When in America, do as the Asians do... and try Asian Box! This cute little place has a nifty menu system that's as easy as 1-2-3... but does it score 5 stars? Maybe, maybe not.

Gluten Free Vancouver, B.C.

We had all the good intentions to tape a couple episodes of the show while we were on vacation but we were just having too much fun and forgot. We did however take lots of pictures of food! If you're traveling to Vancouver, B.C. we have a pretty substantial list of possibilities for you.

Momo Sushi, Sushi Mart, and Bay Sushi Cafe are all great options for sushi. All three places had super fresh fish and some great combo options. Go with the sashimi at MoMo-you will not be disappointed.

For a sandwich or burger try Acme Cafe or Milestone Grill.  They both offer gluten free breads/buns although we did find both to be causal but yet slightly pricey.

La Taqueria had delicious tacos and for a great price.

If you're in the right neighborhood at the right time you can hit up a few different food trucks- The Juice Truck (also does soups), Moms Grilled Cheese, and Off the Wagon Tacos.

There's also the Mac Shack that serves gluten free pasta, The Noodle Box, My Goodness Gluten & Wheat Free Bakery, and Ed's Gluten Free Grocery, although we did not make it there.

For a treat check out Soriette and Bella Gelateria- they had amazing salted caramel gellato.
